Pick a previous run to review its inputs and results. “Generate Protein” will be disabled.

If selected, the app will run BLAST on generated sequences. This can significantly slow down the overall response time.

Notes:

  1. First inference call has an additional overhead time associated with instance spawning, model loading etc, (i.e. ~4 mins for 5 replicas) and subsequent calls are much faster.
  2. Development Status: In active development; feedback welcome.

Batch Upload

CSV should at least contain a prompt column. Optional columns: diffusion_steps, num_replicas, num_recycles, model_artifact_id, fetch_blast.

Batch Notes:

  1. The batch uploader lets you submit multiple prompts at once through a CSV file, ideal for large-scale or unattended runs.
  2. Batch jobs run asynchronously and may take significant time to process depending on the number of entries and model settings.
  3. You can safely start a batch and return later, completion status will appear in the Batch History panel and results can be accessed through history dowpdown.
